The New Imperialist

   Imperialism is such a tricky word these days. It's another one of those words whose definition has been subdued for it's true nature; blatant theft of life, land, and culture. Imperialism did not end with our "procurement" of the Hawaian Islands. It didn't end when Britain stole the Falklands. It didn't end at 50 states because it was a good number. It hasn't ended at all. The difference between the glory days of pillaging new frontiers and the more modern form are slight. The main difference is that we pick targets for nothing more than natural resources or strategic posturing. We don't even look for good slave labor any more; just new ways to kill.
   During the more innocent years, we sent missionaries into new lands first. The idea was that if the savages of this land, or that could be subdued, saved, and churched with the fear of some alien god, then there would be no need for guns. The first option didn't really work; ever. 
   The second option is easy to guess for an American. When the bibles don't inflict enough damage or damnation, we use the military. Sometimes god is busy destroying other lands, so this is the most rational option, and the great American beast does god's side jobs anyway. No matter, we have bombs that will convert any civilization to whatever it is that we want them to convert to; most likely a society ravaged and bombed out.
   I would like to deliver a few cautions to our government. In the begining, the tyrrany of Britain's Monarch caused a group of European defectors to wage a guerrilla campaign against them. This type of warfare has proven to be superior against a popular army. (reference Che and Fidel) They won and subsequently began a nation with so much promise. It has obviously deteriorated by the same tyrrany that birthed the USA; the difference is that we have many kings.
   Mexico: If our leaders look back far enough, they will remember how much land we stole from them. They were basically beat South into the less fertile land that we wanted for cows and crops. It's a good thing it wasn't about oil; there might not be a Mexico otherwise. Now the hard part. The grit of the Mexicans has propelled them into a successful and quiet guerilla war, in an effort to gain back what we stole. They have done this with brilliance and finesse. They provide us with drugs, and in exchange they are able to help bring down our ridiculous healthcare system; the same one that is on the verge of collapse. They are extending their empire one by one, all the while staying vigilant of federal agents with assault rifles. Americans are the illegal aliens. Viva Mexico!
   Native Americans: The concentration of wealth that they have been able to amass could be a potent force. Imagine what would happen, and who would support a large scale insurrection against the rapists of the government who killed and destroyed the rightful land owners and stewards of nature in this land of the white devils. They already have fortified and sacred lands that whitey is not welcome to enter. What are they capable of? I would help organize this. (reference Saul Alinsky -Rules For Radicals) Native America Unite!
   Citizens of America: There are potentially three hundred million match sticks waiting to be struck enough times to ignite. Holy shit if that happens. I am certain that a popular uprising would be crushed by the other, uglier side of American citizenry; the military. Again, the only way to affect change has to be through a massive guerilla campaign. I hesitate to talk about how we can pull this off, as it has to do with sabotage and loss of infrastructure. I am a survivalist by nature and training, so electricity and online banking are things I could live without. I grew up in a place that would be very hard to find me in. The maps are stored in my memory, and GPS is useless without a tracking device. Hasta La Victoria Siempre!
   Those are just a few cautions that likely have the potential to shake things up. A shift in our politics might lead to a shake up to the wage slavery that we call the norm. We might be able to bolster the black markets and use them against our enemy. The American Empire has to fall eventually, and I would love to be one who paves a road for my children to declare this full-scale guerilla attack against the tyrants in DC. I will shift the weight I have been given to foster this movement until I am silenced. By that time, I will have convinced enough of you to act in some way to end this cycle and stop history in it's tracks. Let us win an empire back with quiet tactics that are sound in reason, and effective by nature.
   A note to Europe: Do not be discouraged. Use whatever bandwidth you are allowed to let this country know that the actions they take against humanity are disallowed. Give them a red card every day -you might have to explain what that is, they have rejected the beautiful game.
